June 1, 2014. CEA Group (“CEA”) announced today that it advised EquiCross, Inc. in connection with the sale of its assets to CableOrganizer, LLC. CableOrganizer is a portfolio company of KT Capital an Atlanta-based private equity group. Funding was led by CapitalSouth Growth Fund, a provider of junior capital to lower middle-market companies located throughout the United States. CableOrganizer recognized EquiCross’ tremendous growth potential through strong customer demand, well-established market position, and a unique combination of products and services.
